Three puppies seized from a home in Littleton, Maine on January 13th will be available for adoption at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland on Thursday, January 22nd beginning at 11am. The three 3-month-old puppies, Raven, Nadia and Winnie, are all female German Shepherds. They are up-to-date on vaccinations and have been spayed.
State of Maine animal welfare agents removed more than 60 animals from the Littleton home last week. The Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland works collaboratively with the State of Maine Animal Welfare Department as a partnering shelter, accepting animals taken in cruelty and neglectful investigations and seizures.
Potential adopters are asked to visit the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland on Thursday, January 22nd. The ARLGP opens to the public at 11am, animals are adopted on a first-come, first-serve basis (animals cannot be placed on hold or reserved for potential adopters).
